Envelopes must be postmarked by the due dates of January 10th for the first half of your taxes and by May 31st for the second half of your taxes. Please refer to chart below for penalty schedule.

Important information when paying by mail:
- Always include a daytime phone number and item number on your check.
- NO METERED POSTAGE is acceptable proof of on-time payment.
- No vending machine or online postage will be accepted without a USPS postmark.
- Using a online stamp site or vending machine stamp will not guarantee an official USPS Postmark on an envelope.
