April 19th, 2020 – Our residents have demonstrated that they can be vigilant in observing the critical social distancing guidelines, which will likely remain in place going forward. We have come through a lot, and there's still more ahead. However, in response to the guidelines we have been seeking, we have just received the following update to NYS Essential Business Guidance pertaining to marinas.
