May 15th, 2020 – Members of the 106th Rescue Wing performed a flyover Long Island Friday with their Combat King II and Pave Hawk aircraft. The event saluted healthcare workers and those on the front lines battling COVID-19.
The flyover traversed Long Island, heading west from Hempstead to Greenport on the North Fork and East Hampton on the South Fork.
The Air National Guard 106th Rescue Wing is based in West Hampton, New York.
