July 1st, 2022 – The new week-long Town of Islip wrestling camp came to a close this week, and earned rave reviews along the way. This was the first year for the camp, which was made possible through a partnership between the Town and Islip Kid Wrestling.

"We would like to thank the East Islip School District for hosting the camp, Islip Kid Wrestling and Coaches Jay Spahn, Mike Longobardi and Mike Newell for their leadership and passion for the sport," said Supervisor Angie Carpenter.
