March 26th, 2019 – The New York State office of the Attorney General has provided grant funding to aid those who are or may be at risk of foreclosing on their home. The Town of Islip, in conjunction with the Long Island Housing Partnership (LIHP), will be providing informational sessions on April 2nd from 12:00pm–2:00pm, and April 9th, from 6:00pm–8:00pm, to inform Town of Islip residents of the options that may be available to them in light of the funding. Sessions will be hosted in the Auditorium at Town Hall West, located at 401 Main Street in Islip. Bilingual LIHP experts will be on hand to help answer questions.
