The Islip Town Department of Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs has announced available Winter and Spring recreational opportunities open to children of various age ranges. Programs include the Chef Keith Cooking Classes, Terrarium Workshops and Winter and Spring Break Circus Camps.
