New York State's Homeowner Assistance Fund is a program to assist homeowners who are facing financial hardship due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The NYS program is available to qualifying homeowners to provide aid for those behind on their property taxes, mortgages and other financial difficulties.

Application deadline is Friday, February 18th.
