Division of Code Enforcement: The Division of Code Enforcement is responsible for the investigation and enforcement of New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and Town of Islip Code violations which occur at residential properties such as single family and two family dwellings and vacant lots. This Division issues Rental Occupancy Permits for single and two family dwellings.
