-Islip paid tribute to Brentwood Fire Department’s Wanderers Band who took 1st Place in the Continental Band category at the New York State championship parade.The Supervisor and members of the Town Board were happy to spotlight the band and its members who have practiced hard to represent our Town. Their dedication and effort is truly admirable.
