Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs Announce Elvis Music Tribute Day Trip

April 17th, 2018 – The Department of Parks, Recreation & cultural Affairs invites you to the Jailhouse Rock Elvis Music Tribute, live at Mount Airy Casino & Resort, PA. The tribute will feature BBC's "World's Best Elvis Impersonator," to be held Wednesday, May 23rd. Those who attend will enjoy a lunch buffet, $15 slot credit, raffles, and a chance to win prizes. Islip Town Receiver of Taxes Issues Tax Reminder

April 9th, 2018 – Alexis Weik, Receiver of Taxes, reminds all Islip Taxpayers, that second half taxes are due May 31, 2018. THE LAST DAY FOR PAYMENT OF CURRENT TAXES AT THIS OFFICE will be THURSDAY, MAY 31, 2018, at which time the office will be open from 8:30 A.M. to 7:00 P.M.

The Tax Office, located at 40 Nassau Ave., Islip, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The office will be closed on Monday, May 28, 2018 in observance of Memorial Day.
