The last date to file petitions for judicial review is Monday, August 31, 2020. Small Claims Assessment Review petitions must be obtained online at www.suffolkcountyny.gov/clerk. SERVICE OF 2020/21 ARTICLE 7 PETITIONS FOR SCAR AND TAX CERIORARI

In the event that the Assessor’s Office remains closed to the public due to COVID-19 protocols, please call (631) 224-5585 upon your arrival at the Assessor’s Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may be required to certify in writing that you have not had COVID-19 exposure within the prior fourteen-day period. A copy of the COVID-19 Certification is available HERE. In order to minimize contact, please bring a completed form with you. Also, face coverings are mandatory and you must adhere to all “social distancing” requirements. Your temperature may be taken and a log of your visit will be kept.

If you arrive to serve a petition(s) at the Town Clerk’s Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, please call (631) 224-5490. The same COVID-19 protocols may be followed.
